Our history is not measured in years, but in roots. For more than four generations, our family has walked amongst these same centuries-old olive trees in the south of Badajoz. Today, we carry on the tradition with the same humility and respect, understanding that our task is to protect a legacy that time has taken centuries to perfect.

We chose to focus on the Morisca and Carrasqueña varieties because they embody the purest essence of our land. These are demanding varieties that reward us with exceptional quality in return for constant care.
