Shipping and Returns Policy

1. Shipping

Orders are prepared and shipped from Medina de las Torres (Badajoz) within 48 to 72 working hours after payment confirmation.

Deliveries are made through national transport companies within an estimated time of 2 to 5 working days within the peninsula.

Shipping costs will be displayed during the purchase process before confirmation and may vary depending on the destination and weight of the order.

During periods of high demand or incidents beyond the control of Sabor con ñ (such as logistical or weather delays), delivery times may vary slightly.

2. Returns and right of withdrawal

The customer has a period of 14 calendar days from receipt of the order to exercise their right of withdrawal, in accordance with Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007.

To request a refund, please contact info@etiecca.com by email, indicating the order number and the reason for the return.

Only products that meet the following conditions will be accepted for return:

  • They have not been opened or used.

  • They are in their original packaging and in perfect condition.

Shipping costs for returns will be borne by the customer, unless the product is defective or the wrong item has been sent.

3. Damaged or defective products

If the order arrives damaged or defective, the customer must report it within a maximum of 48 hours after delivery, attaching photographs of the product and the packaging.

In these cases, Sabor con ñ will assume the return shipping costs and offer the customer a replacement of the product or a full refund.

4. Refunds

Once the return has been received and the condition of the product has been verified, the corresponding refund will be processed using the same payment method used for the purchase.

The refund will be made within a maximum of 14 calendar days from receipt of the returned product.
