1. Delivery

Orders are prepared and dispatched from Medina de las Torres (Badajoz) within 48 to 72 working hours of payment confirmation.

Deliveries are made via national courier services within an estimated 2 to 5 working days within mainland Spain.

Delivery charges will be displayed during the checkout process before confirmation and may vary depending on the destination and the weight of the order.

During periods of high demand or due to circumstances beyond Sabor con ñ’s control (such as logistical or weather-related delays), delivery times may vary slightly.

2. Returns and right of withdrawal

The customer has a period of 14 calendar days from receipt of the order to exercise their right of withdrawal, in accordance with Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007.

To request a return, please contact info@etiecca.com by email, stating the order number and the reason for the return.

Returns will only be accepted for products that:

• Have not been opened or used.

• Are in their original packaging and in perfect condition.

The customer is responsible for the return postage costs, unless the product is faulty or the wrong item has been sent.

3. Damaged or defective products

If the order arrives damaged or is defective, the customer must notify us within 48 hours of delivery, attaching photographs of the product and the packaging.

In such cases, Sabor con ñ will cover the return costs and offer the customer a replacement product or a full refund of the amount paid.

4. Refunds

Once the return has been received and the condition of the product verified, the corresponding refund will be processed using the same payment method used for the purchase.

The refund will be issued within a maximum of 14 calendar days from receipt of the returned product.
